“Bella is my 3rd German Shepherd so nothing new right…wrong! I think I must’ve forgotten how frustrating the puppy stage can be. This adorable, stubborn, energetic, and smart 2 month old pup was kicking our butts! She was using us as her personal chew toys, jumping on us, taking and running with things that weren’t hers despite the box of toys at her disposal. At 3 1/2 months we were at our wits end. I happened to see a post of Masen’s and decided to contact her. I explained our situation and she offered to come for a free consultation, nothing to lose and everything to gain was the expectation which was far surpassed! We were impressed with her knowledge and the easy way she had with her during that visit and decided to move forward with a board and train 2 week program. Masen consistently updated us on Bella’s progress with videos, pics, and chats. She was always available to answer any questions I had. After the first week we had our first lesson with her so she could show us the commands and how to implement them. We had another lesson 2 days prior to Bella coming home where she had me doing the commands and teaching me the correct way to do them. Bella came home a different pup! Masen gave us the foundation for us to have her be her best self. I work with her every day and it is fun now and we can actually enjoy her. “First of all, Masen will be one of the BEST human’s you have ever met! And of course, she is the BEST dog trainer you and your pet will ever have the privilege of learning from. Masen provided a complimentary meet and greet with us and our Mini Schnauzer “Ellie” to observe, listen to our concerns and requests and offered professional feedback on what she thought would be a positive training plan. We could feel immediately that Masen possessed a deep understanding of dog behavior, had a playlist of training methods and was well versed in animal psychology. In just the free consultation we were able to take things that she mentioned and apply them instantly.
